Michala Lafferty
Michala Lafferty works for UNI Global Union and is the Head of UNI Property Services, a sector dedicated to supporting unions who organise workers in the global private security and cleaning industry. Michala brings to the role over 30 years' experience advocating for workers and is a steadfast champion of collaboration between stakeholders to resolve industrial issues, believing that strong unions are key to addressing workplace challenges. Under Michala's leadership, the work of her sector will focus on raising the standards in the facilities management industry and making these jobs, good and safe jobs
