Pratap Heblikar
Pratap M Heblikar is the Managing Trustee of the Institute of Contemporary Studies Bangalore, a think tank specializing in security and strategic affairs. A retired Special Secretary to the Government of India with over 38 years of service, he has extensive experience in insurgency and counter-insurgency in India's northeast region.
Mr. Heblikar is also a founding member of Maxgrid Securicor, a next-generation security consultancy based in Bangalore, and a Certified Information Security Practitioner. He frequently writes for security and defense journals and participates in seminars and workshops in India and abroad.
