
Yan CUI
Yan CUI, Associate Professor at the School of Law at Gansu University of Political Science and Law in Lanzhou, China, specializes in international humanitarian law (IHL). She serves as an observer for the International Code of Conduct Association (ICoCA). Her research spans topics such as the regulation of private security companies, overseas security, technological innovation in security, and risk management in complex environments. Yan Cui was also admitted to the legal expert talent pool of the Gansu Provincial Government in China. Additionally, she has been invited to serve as a judge in the China Round of international law competitions, including the Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, the Red Cross International Humanitarian Law Moot Court Competition, and the International Criminal Court Moot Court Competition.
