Deborah Avant
Deborah Avant is the Sié Chéou-Kang Chair and Distinguished University Professor at the Josef Korbel School of International Studies, University of Denver. She is the author/editor of five books, including The Market for Force: The Consequences of Privatizing Security, and numerous journal articles on the private security industry and its governance.
