Kara Neu
Kara Neu is a Teaching Assistant Professor at the Josef Korbel School of International Studies, University of Denver. While a Ph.D. student, she was a research fellow with the Sie Center and managed the Private Security data collection project. Today she researches state security forces and nonviolent uprisings.
